I used SD Samuels to design, supply and install the envelope (roof and wall cladding) on the New Brentford Football Club project in West London.  With Buckingham’s having never used SDS beforehand I was a little apprehensive of using a new supply chain partner on such a large hight profile project with challenging programme, logistics and interfaces.  My apprehension proved to be unfounded as they performed amazingly well and are now a firm ‘go-to’ contractor for us. 

From the design stage it was clear that great attention to detail was being carried out by their in-house team as interface designs required little to no further comments from our Architect.  There were many client changes to the initial scheme resulting in variations to our contract which SDS picked up quickly without losing momentum.  From an installation point of view Bill and James were first class and took personal ownership of the successful delivery of the works.  During the 12 months defects period SDS always acted quickly and without hesitation to assist when needed.

I must say that from day one SDS have been excellent, not only completed on time but you did exactly if not more than what you Guaranteed in the Pre-Start Meeting. the Team have been Friendly/Professional and Respectful, with the attitude and dedication to help out when needed. This has proved that working together with the same goal in mind still exists, along with this the quality has been to a consistently high standard which has also received praise from the visitors/inspectors throughout the Build.

I have been delighted to have such a professional Team working on the Project, Lucian especially has been brilliant and hopefully we get to work with you all at SDS in the near future.

We have been exceedingly impressed with SD Samuels having appointed them on 2 projects recently. Southwark Athletics was designed and delivered without any issues and the minor snags we had at Practical Completion were quickly actioned. The installation is to a great quality.

Works at Kidpsace Hobbledown are just starting on site and the service and support to date has been excellent.

We wouldn’t hesitate working with SD Samuels again.
